You can save different items to a list and create multiple shopping lists. All you have to do is sign into your account and reorder that shopping list. If you need to add or remove a few items from the list, you do so as well.

How do I sign up for an account?
To sign up for an account, simply visit the My Account link and fill out the registration form. Create a password, one that you will remember for future use. Your information is safe and secure with us. For more information about our Privacy & Security click here.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
No problem! Just click here and we will guide you through the simple process of creating a new password.
Can I change my username (email address)?
Yes, you can change your username or email address linked with your account. Log in to My Account, and edit your information.
What is the “add to shopping list” feature by every product?
- • While browsing our products you may click the “add to shopping list button” by any product
- • A pop-up will appear asking you to sign in to your account or to create a new account
- • Once you are signed in a pop-up will appear asking you if you would like to add that product to an existing list or if you would like to create a new list
- • Add the product to a list and it will be saved to that list for future use
- • You can find your shopping lists in My Account and edit them there
How do I complete an order online?
- • Sign Up for an account, or if you already have one sign in
- • Browse through our items or type in a term in our search bar and see what you would like
- • Add any items you would like to order to your cart – fill in a number in the quantity blank and click the “Add to Cart” button
- • At any time you may review your shopping cart and edit it straight from the shopping cart on the right side of the page. For details read the next Q & A in this document.
- • Once you have everything you need you may click the “View Cart” button to see your complete shopping cart in detail and/or edit it.
- • Once you have confirmed your cart, click the “Checkout” button to proceed to the checkout process (You can review or edit your cart continuing - choose a delivery method – choose payment option – confirm your order)
- • If you have saved shopping list/s in your account you can log in to your account, click on “My Shopping Lists” and reorder and existing list. You can also edit that list first and reorder.
How do I review or edit my shopping cart?
To review your cart you can scroll up or down and review your entire cart. If you would like to view an item in detail, or you would like to adjust its quantity, you can click on the item name in your cart. The information for that item will be displayed in your cart and you will be able to edit its quantity. You may do so for the other items in your cart as well. If you would like to be directed to the actual product page of an item in your cart, you must click the product name in the link provided in the product details.
If you would like to view the complete details of your shopping cart, and/ or edit it, you can click on the “view cart” button, located on the bottom of your shopping cart.
What is Instant Reorder and how does it work?Instant Reorder is a quick and great way to order a whole shopping list of any size with one click of the mouse! You can order from shopping lists that you have saved in your account, or reorder previous orders. Here is how it works:
- • Click on the Instant Reorder Button found on the top of the site
- • Sign into your account if you have not yet signed in
- • Choose from a saved shopping list or reorder an old order of yours
- • You can edit one of your saved shopping lists or old orders if you wish
- • Confirm the order and proceed to checkout
Can I order by telephone?
Yes, you can order by phone. Call us at 1-(888)-77-KOSHER (888-775-6743) and a trained sales representative will take down your order and information for no additional charge!
Can I email or fax in my order request?
Sure, you can email or fax in your shopping list. Simply fill out the order form and email or fax it in. To print out or download an order form click here.

If my order was completed and confirmed, can I edit it or cancel it?
At AllFreshKosher.com our main priority is to please our customers. If for any reason you would like to edit your order or cancel it after it has already been submitted, simply give us a call at 1-888-77-KOSHER and we will accommodate you.
What happens if I added items to my cart and I leave the site?
If you were signed into your account your shopping cart will be saved and all the items that were in your cart will remain there.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your current order in My Account.
What happens if I order an item, and it just ran out of stock?
If you order an item and it has just ran out of stock we will contact you immediately. You will be offered a few different options:
- • We can substitute that item for a nearly identical item that we have in stock
- • We can deliver or ship that item to you, free of charge, when it comes back in stock • We can refund you for that product
Can I return something that I am not satisfied with?
At AllFreshKosher.com we pride ourselves in knowing that we have the best and freshest packaged and fresh food. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any items, please contact us right away at 1-888-77-KOSHER (888-775-6743) and we will resolve the matter immediately.
How do I pay online for my order?
To pay for your order online choose the option to pay online and fill out the necessary payment information at checkout. By choosing this method of payment you have the option to allow us to leave your order at your front door or with the doorman in the event that you are not home to receive the order.
How does credit card payment work?
Your credit card information is captured and verified to be correct. Our secure credit card processing system then holds the information without charging the card. Once you order is shipped out or delivered we charge the correct amount. This is done to allow our customers to call us and edit the order after it is placed but before it is sent out.
Is my credit card information that I enter online safe and secure?

Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, you can pay on delivery. However, if you choose this method of payment, you MUST be home to receive your delivery. If you are not home, or do not have the correct payment we will return your order to our warehouse.
Can I pay with credit card upon the delivery of my order?
Yes, we do everything we can to make your experience more convenient. We have the latest wireless credit card processors, which allow us to charge your credit upon delivery. If the credit card is declined, you will need to provide another acceptable method of payment, otherwise your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Does All Fresh Kosher accept cash?
We accept cash upon delivery. We reserve the right to scan the cash to verify its authenticity.
Does All Fresh Kosher accept checks?
We accept checks. We have a wireless machine that will verify if the account connected to that check has the sufficient funds to cover the check.
Does All Fresh Kosher accept food stamps?Yes, we accept food stamps. We will only accept food stamps for items that qualify under the NY State law. You will need to present you card and ID. We will swipe the card through a wireless device.
Does All Fresh Kosher accept WIC?
No, at this time we do not accept WIC
What are my delivery options?
We offer a number of delivery options. If you are in an area that qualifies for free delivery, you must choose that option at checkout. We offer free delivery to Manhattan, Crown Heights, and parts of Park Slope. We are continuously adding more places to qualify for free local delivery so make sure to keep checking if your neighborhood. We will notify our customers via email.
If you do not qualify for local delivery you may ship your items, using FedEx. We have secured extremely low rates from them so that you should not have to spend any extra unnecessary money.
What is my estimated transit time if I ship a package using FedEx ground service?

- • The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations
- • FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
NOTE: If an order is place close to the weekend, we may hold it and ship it out on the following Monday, in order to prevent the perishables from sitting in a FedEx facility over the weekend.
How long will cold or frozen items last while in transit?
We guarantee that frozen items will stay cold in our coolers for 48 hours. Chances are that it will stay cold for at least three days, however being that there are a lot of variables such as amount of food being shipped, temperature outside, etc., we cannot guarantee for more than 48 hours. If you would like to speak to a shipping representative about your specific order, please call us at 1-888-77-KOSHER.
Can I ship perishables using standard ground shipping? Will it stay fresh?If you are shipping perishables, we do recommend one of our express methods of shipping for those who live outside zones 1 or 2. However, there are many instances where the food will still be cold if shipped by ground to a destination outside these zones. We CANNOT guarantee this, and do not take responsibility for the freshness of the food if you choose to ship your order with standard ground shipping to a destination outside zone 1.
How do I know if my neighborhood qualifies for free local delivery?
To find out if your neighborhood qualifies for free local delivery, type your zip code in the box on the top of your screen. But remember, we are continuously adding more places to qualify for free local delivery, so make sure to keep checking if your neighborhood. We will notify our customers via email.
How do you keep the food cold or frozen during transit?
When we deliver perishable food locally, we keep it in ice filed coolers to ensure that it stays cold and fresh. When shipping these items, we pack the food in insulated shipping boxes along with dry ice to ensure that it stays cold.
If I choose local delivery, do I have to tip my driver?
It is a nice gesture to tip your driver if you feel that the service was good, however, you are not obligated to do so. Our delivery personnel are not allowed to solicit tips under any circumstance.
