Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee the quality of all our products, including produce, poultry, meat and fish. If you are not satisfied with any item/s please email us or call us and we will exchange it or return it. We must be contacted within 24 hours for produce, fish and meat and 5 days for all other products if you wish to receive a refund or store credit. All non-perishable items must be returned within 30 days for a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns greater than $10, if we deem that the items were not defected. If you wish to cancel an order, we must be notified at least 5 hours prior to the beginning of the delivery shift that was chosen. If we are notified later than 5 hours prior to the beginning of the delivery shift that you would like to cancel your order, there is a 15% restocking fee if the order was already assembled.
