Shipping & Delivery Information
If you are in an area that qualifies for free delivery, you must choose that option at checkout. We offer free delivery to Manhattan, Queens, Connecticut, Crown Heights, Park Slope and other parts of the New York area.
We are continuously adding more places to qualify for free local delivery so make sure to keep checking if your neighborhood. We will notify our customers via email. .We offer weekly deliveries to the Connecticut area every Wednesday (unless otherwise posted). Orders for delivery must be placed by 5PM the previous day. The delivery fee is $9.95 with a $150.00 minimum order.
Free Local Delivery:
To find out if your neighborhood qualifies for free local delivery, type your zip code in the box on the top of your screen. But remember, we are continuously adding more places to qualify for free local delivery, so make sure to keep checking if your neighborhood. We will notify our customers via email. There are different regulations and minimums for local delivery, depending on where you live. You will see that information once you have typed in your zip code.
When we deliver perishable food locally, we keep it in ice filed coolers to ensure that it stays cold and fresh.
It is a nice gesture to tip your driver if you feel that the service was good, however, you are not obligated to do so. Our delivery personnel are not allowed to solicit tips under any circumstance.
If you have paid for your order online and would like to have us leave your package with a neighbor or at your front door in the event that you are not home, you must agree to our terms and conditions during the checkout process.
