Please read the following document containing the terms and conditions that you, the customer, agree to, before using AllFreshKosher.com. By checking the “I agree to the terms & conditions set forth by AllFreshKosher.com” box, you are agreeing to adhere to what is stated in this document. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website, or place an order with AllFreshKosher.com.

All specials require a minimum purchase of $50 of non-special items. If you do not reach this minimum, your order will be canceled.

Prices on the website reflect the price that was last updated. Prices are updated daily to reflect the same price as Season's store prices in Flushing, NY. Since these reports are run once a day, it is possible for the actual price that is rung up at the register to be higher or lower that the price shown online. You will only pay for the prices and totals shown on your receipt printed at the register when your order is scanned out.

All content included on AllFreshKosher.com including information, data, software, photographs, videos, typefaces, graphics, site layout, logos, slogans, and other content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights. All content is copyrighted under the U.S. and international copyright laws, and All Fresh Kosher owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such laws, the copyright of all content on this website.
You can only copy or print parts of this site for the sole purpose of creating an order with us. Any other use of any portion of this site is strictly prohibited without written consent from All Fresh Kosher.

All logos, icons, graphics, names, and other trademarks on the site are the property of and licensed to All Fresh Kosher, or where required, used with permission by All Fresh Kosher and may not be reproduced, or manipulated in any manner without the express, written consent of the trademark owner.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure, and for any unauthorized use of your account caused by the loss of your password, until you notify All Fresh Kosher about the problem. You agree to notify All Fresh Kosher as soon as you acknowledge the loss or theft of your password. From that point on, we will not allow any use of your account until the matter is resolved.

You agree not to provide fraudulent information about your name, address, telephone number, email address, and billing address. You may update this information at any time in .

Orders

You agree to the purchase of an order and for the total amounts stated in your shopping cart totals, when you confirm your order at checkout. You agree to pay all payments owed to All Fresh Kosher on time, including any taxes applied to your order. Your order must be submitted before the posted deadlines we provide on our site. Available delivery or shipping options will be provided in the checkout process, and vary depending o n the zip code to which the order is being sent. For international orders, please call us at 1-888-77KOSHER. To edit or cancel an order please call us at 1-888-77-KOSHER (888-775-6743) and we will try to accommodate you, if the order has not yet gone out for delivery or shipping.

At All Fresh Kosher we strive to bring the best and freshest products to your doorstep. We also strive to offer you the best prices in the market. It may occur that an item is ordered and we have just run out of stock on that particular item. If that occurs we will contact you and attempt to offer you a suitable replacement. If you are not satisfied with the replacement ordered we will refund you for that item/s.

Our produce, poultry, meat, and fish are sold at a price per pound. We have set prices per pound for each item. We will offer these items at a certain weight or a variety of weights, which will have a price per pound listed. We will strive to provide you with the exact or close to exact weight that you have ordered but cannot guarantee the exact weight.

We do our best to make sure that your information is secure, and use the best technology to secure your personal information. However no data transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secured. As a result, we cannot ensure the security of any information that you enter on our site, and you do so at your own risk.

Orders will be delivered to a house, apartment or office, where there is someone present to accept the order. Anyone of 18 years of age or older, answering the door at the delivery address that you provide assumes responsibility of the order once they accept it. If you would like us to leave your order at your door in the event that no one is home, you must agree to this in the checkout process by checking the appropriate box. In that event, we are not responsible for any damage or loss to your order. If you do not accept that option, and no one is available to accept your order, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you at the telephone number and email address that you have provided. You can only have the option of allowing us to leave your order at the door, if you pay for the order online. If you choose to pay upon delivery, you must have someone with the proper method of payment, available to accept the order.

All Fresh Kosher drivers are allowed to accept tips for their delivery service; however you are not required to do so.

We will deliver all refrigerated and frozen items in a refrigerated truck, or an ice filled cooler. You are responsible for the temperature at which these items are kept after it is delivered. All shipping methods will be available to you for refrigerated and frozen items as well. We will however suggest specific shipping methods for certain items. For more information see our Shipping & Delivery Info page. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate shipping method for perishable items. You, the customer, is responsible for the kashrut of the food that you buy on this site. At AllFreshKosher.com we do our best to ensure that all foods are of the highest and strictest standards of kashrut. All our products are Pas Yisroel, Cholov Yisroel, and Glatt Kosher. We rely on the supervision that is found on the package of every item, and the organization providing the supervision to live up to its standards of kashrus.

This agreement will be affective until it is changed or terminated. Any changes to this agreement will be added in this beginning of this document. We have the right to terminate this agreement and your account if we deem necessary. If that happens, you will be notified via email. If you do not agree to this agreement you may terminate your account with us, by emailing us at custserv@allfreshkosher.com.
